How do I book? −
Use the private link your driver shared (or open that URL on the web). You see that driver’s profile, enter trip details, see the fare, pay, then the request goes to them — not to a random driver.
Is Ride2Link Uber or a taxi company? +
No. Ride2Link is not a transportation provider and not a marketplace that assigns drivers. It is a scheduling and management tool. The transportation service is offered by the driver; the client belongs to that driver.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong? +
Situations between driver and client are between them. Ride2Link helps manage requests, payments tooling, and driver business tools — it does not operate the vehicle or the ride.
Why do I pay before the request? +
On the driver’s private page, the fare appears after pickup, destination, date and time. Payment is collected before the request is sent to that driver (card via Stripe on the live product).
What if my driver can’t take the pickup? +
If your driver has no time or is unavailable, they can send a driver from their trusted in-app driver group — not a stranger from a marketplace pool. You still booked through your driver; the client relationship stays with them. Ride2Link is only the work tool.
