1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ride2Link mobile application, website, booking pages, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by ECONSTART LLC (“ECONSTART,” “Ride2Link,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Platform Description
Ride2Link is a Direct Driver Relationship Platform that helps transportation professionals build, manage, and maintain direct relationships with their clients.
The Service provides tools for profile management, direct client booking links, scheduling requests, voice channels, earnings tracking, expense management, and professional networking features for transportation professionals.
3. Transportation Disclaimer
Ride2Link is a technology platform that helps drivers manage direct client relationships, scheduling requests, communication, and professional networking.
Ride2Link is NOT a transportation carrier, taxi company, limousine service, employer, fleet operator, or transportation dispatcher.
Drivers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations.
4. No Employment Relationship
Use of Ride2Link does not create any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or independent contractor relationship between Ride2Link, ECONSTART LLC, and any user.
5. Marketplace Clarification
Ride2Link is not a public ride-hailing marketplace and does not match passengers with random drivers.
The platform is designed to help drivers manage relationships with clients they have independently acquired.
6. Driver Eligibility
Drivers must possess all licenses, permits, registrations, and insurance required by the jurisdiction in which they operate.
You represent and warrant that all information in your profile is accurate and current.
NYC Compliance
Drivers operating in New York City must comply with all NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) regulations applicable to their vehicle class.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others;
- Transmit false alerts, spam, or malicious content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service;
- Use the Service to operate transportation services without required licenses or insurance;
- Share another user's personal information without consent.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ride2link.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or risks to platform integrity.
9. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select until you cancel.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting support.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
10. Booking Feature
The Ride2Link booking feature facilitates scheduling requests between drivers and clients who have voluntarily connected with one another.
Ride2Link does not guarantee transportation services, pricing, driver availability, trip completion, client acquisition, booking requests, or business outcomes.
This feature does not constitute a public transportation marketplace. All transportation services must comply with applicable laws.
11. Client Communication Consent
Clients may voluntarily provide contact information and consent to receive communications from a specific driver through Ride2Link.
Clients may opt out at any time.
12. Partner Programs & Savings
Partner offers, discounts, savings estimates, and promotional benefits are informational only and may change without notice.
13. Trust & Verification
Verification badges and trust indicators are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as guarantees of performance, safety, licensing status, insurance coverage, or legal compliance.
14. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, logos, trademarks, and content provided by Ride2Link, is owned by ECONSTART LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Ride2Link a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://ride2link.com/privacy.
16. No Guarantee of Business Results
Ride2Link does not guarantee bookings, revenue, client acquisition, business growth, profits, or any specific outcome.
17. Independent Business Responsibility
Drivers are solely responsible for:
- Pricing and fare decisions;
- Service areas and availability;
- Insurance coverage;
- Tax obligations and filings;
- Licensing and permitting;
- Regulatory compliance in every jurisdiction where they operate.
18. Third-Party Services
Ride2Link may integrate with third-party services, including:
- Stripe (payments);
- Supabase (infrastructure);
- Mapping providers;
- Analytics providers;
- Communication providers.
Ride2Link is not responsible for third-party service availability, performance, or policies. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms.
19. No Professional Advice
Educational content, alerts, community discussions, industry updates, and savings information are informational only and do not constitute legal, tax, insurance, transportation, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
20. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECONSTART LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RIDE2LINK IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ECONSTART LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your transportation services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
22. Force Majeure
ECONSTART LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, government actions, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.
23. Enterprise Users
Organizations, fleets, and enterprise customers may be subject to additional agreements, order forms, or data processing terms that supplement or supersede portions of these Terms where expressly agreed in writing.
24. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from use of Ride2Link shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class action waiver applies.
You may seek relief in small claims court if your claim qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or unauthorized access violations.
25. Modification of Terms
Ride2Link reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where preempted by applicable federal law.
